Terralyn Wiley

Terralyn Wiley has been a youth development professional of color in the Portland-metro African American community for the last 5 years. This includes advocating for youth and families of color in primary and secondary education institutions. Her advocacy efforts within the various organizations she has worked with have given her extensive skills for assessing the needs of youth and families of color for inclusion and equity based services within various systems. Her work experience and scholastic endeavors have afforded her knowledge and confidence to empower people within those systems to work collectively to meet community needs.
Ms Wiley holds a BA degree in Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership.
