Ishmael Miller

Ishmael Miller is a Ph.D student studying Educational Policy, Organizations, and Leadership at the University of Washington-Seattle. Miller researches race, equity, and leading educational organizations (ex. Traditional k-12 and out of school time). Miller has extensive experience conducting rigorous qualitative inquiry as a Research Assistant and Primary investigator on multiple research projects. Miller has presented research findings at the American Education Research Association conference and will present at the University Council of Education Administration conference in November 2019. Miller has been honored by the University of Council of Education Administration as a Jackson Scholar and received the Plecki, Richard and Rose Endowment in Educational Leadership from the University of Washington.
