Wondering how a coach can help you or your ELO program? Struggling to implement practices you’ve learned at professional development workshops? Thinking about how to make established content or practices culturally relevant to you, your youth, and your space? We believe coaching is necessary and fundamental to supporting you in meeting your program goals. In this session, participants will better understand School’s Out Washington’s coaching approach and philosophy for ELO program staff development. Through activities and discussion, participants will experience elements of coaching and learn strategies for implementing coaching at a network or site level.
