Quality ELO systems are grounded in equity. Going beyond access and aiming to address inequity on all levels of systems building is imperative. In this session,  we will hear about lessons learned and promising strategies from current equity-centered initiatives, and participants will have the opportunity to apply these learnings to their own work within ELO Systems.
